17. Heating station

The Concore heating station is generating the hot water energy needed to cure the hollow core. The Concore heating control system is designed to save energy, to monitor and have full control of the com-plete heating and curing process. The control system monitors the temperature in all casting beds by sets of sensors, the system controls and adjusts the valves in order to reach the target hardness of concrete at the time set for releasing the stress from the strands.
