The Concore half portal is designed for an efficient, trouble free and automatic distribution of concrete from the bucket conveyor to the desired extruder. The half portal follows the extruder automatically and communicates with the mixer and the extruder. If required, the half portal can be designed to feed the power supply to the extruder. The half portal can also be build as a full bridge crane, the span is always adjusted to the width and number of casting beds. The size of the concrete bucket is adjusted to the size of the concrete batches that have to be distributed. The bucket is equipped with a hydraulic operated double sector gate. The Concore half portal is designed to run in both directions in its full automatic mode.
